Chatfield has a long track record of successfully completing development projects. From industrial expansions to commercial redevelopment and residential subdivisions, the Economic Development Authority (EDA) has played a variety of roles in making projects a reality. Enterprise Drive Development Park

Enterprise Drive Southeast has commercial lots for sale and ready for development. These properties are perfect for uses such as construction / trade shops, warehousing, and light manufacturing. Utilities are stubbed into lots and some lots may be combined to support your needs. Contact EDA staff for pricing and financial assistance.

County Road 10 Development Area

The City of Chatfield owns approximately 60 acres of land at the corner of Olmsted County road 10 and 155th Ave NE. The EDA is actively seeking development of this property and has plans to extend city infrastructure in conjunction with development. Conceptually, the property has been laid out as a future industrial park but the EDA would consider additional proposals that further the city's development goals.
